Whether you dash in for a quick stop or stay for an entire day of shopping, all our guests are important to us. Westfield Concierge wants you to have the best experience possible, so we’re here to help.

We can direct you to a specific store, assist with reservations or event tickets, find local services, and much more. Please stop by and say hello, and let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

The card may be used virtually anywhere in the U.S. where American Express is accepted, and they’re easily purchased at the Westfield Management Office from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and the Westfield Concierge Center Saturday from 11am-7pm and Sunday 11am-6pm.

Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:

•    Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
•    Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
•    A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
•    Lap safety belt

Self-serve strollers are available at the following locations:

• 2nd Level near Target 
• 2nd Level near JCPenney

Complimentary wheelchairs and scooters are available for our visitors with limited mobility. Just present a photo ID and we’ll be happy to help.

You'll find them at our Security and Public Safety Office located on the 2nd Level near Entrance 6 and Forever 21.

We’re parents too. We know what shopping with little ones can be like, so we’re happy to provide family-friendly services for you and your kids.
