Whether you dash in for a quick stop or stay for an entire day of shopping, all our guests are important to us. Westfield Concierge wants you to have the best experience possible, so we’re here to help. We can direct you to a specific store, assist with reservations or event tickets, find local services, and much more.

Please stop by and say hello, and let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. The highly-trained staff is located on the lower level in the Sears Court and can reached at 360.892.6255.

Friday - Saturday	11:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday	11:00am - 6:00pm

For assistance Monday - Thursday, please visit the Management Office located on the upper level across from Sears near mall entry.  The Management Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

• Upper Level, outside of Sears
• Lower Level, near the escalator outside of Sears

• An easy tracking system; however, Westfield Vancouver does not assist in tracking your mileage.

 

Distances are:

Each of the two levels without entry alcoves	0.434 miles
One lap around both the upper & lower levels	1 mile
Five laps around either level	2.2 miles
