    By combining rich, melted chocolate with carefully selected blends of coffee, Dilettante Mocha Cafes have created a truly unique concept.  Founded on Capitol Hill in Downtown Seattle in 1976, 3rd Generation Chocolatier Dana Davenport set out to differentiate himself from the bustling cafe culture of the Emerald City by bringing his decadent chocolate recipes to the forefront through cakes, truffles & the now infamous Mocha Menu.
