Green.

The Village at Westfield Topanga will feature extensively landscaped pedestrian walkways along beautiful streetscapes to create an environment that neighbors and visitors can stroll through and enjoy. In addition, more than 1,000 trees will offer shade and respite on hot summer days. Westfield's vision also includes ample open space and a newly greened and pedestrian friendly Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Green Technology

Following our commitment to sustainable innovation and green design, The Village at Westfield Topanga will be designed to meet LEED certification. Westfield will utilize green building technology in the design and construction of The Village to conserve energy and water resources, and to encourage waste reduction.

As part of our sustainable landscape design, Westfield will plant 1,000 trees at The Village that will be irrigated through water-conserving methods.

Our commitment to green design extends from the larger goal of energy conservation by exploring alternative resources such as solar power, to the everyday difference we can make by employing an effective and convenient recycling program. The Village at Westfield Topanga will also recycle or salvage at least 50% of all non-hazardous construction debris.

Believing that sustainable design can encompass the entire experience of living, working, shopping, and dining at The Village, Westfield will provide shuttle services linking The Village, Westfield Promenade, Westfield Topanga and Warner Center, and increase the connectivity to mass transit.

Enjoy all that The Village has to offer, and be part of a sustainable effort towards a greener tomorrow.
