Customer Relations Desks

You'll find our Customer Relations desk opposite Bhs on level 2, or you can contact them on 01483 506868. Our friendly Customer Relations team are available to assist with directions, retailer information, lost property, transport information and much more.

We love getting your feedback, so while you’re there pick up a customer comments card from the desk.

Complimentary Westfield Bags

You can pick up complimentary Westfield Bags at the Customer Relations Desk.  Use them to put all your many sale purchases in, and carry one bag instead of ten!
