The Stratford City Masterplan, granted Outline Planning Consent by the London Borough of Newham in February 2005, also includes the 3,300 home Athletes Village and significant post-Games development. When completed, Westfield Stratford City will sit alongside more than 5,400 residential units, 121,000 sq m of hotel space, a 465,000 sq m office district and community facilities such as an education campus and healthcare centre.
