To be in the running to win, simply spend $40 on men's fashion, and then present your receipt at Concierge to receive your entry.

Competition closes 21 September.

To enter the prize draw at a participating Westfield Shopping Centre, consumers must:

1. For every $40 spent on men’s fashion or accessories at Westfield Airport West, Fountain Gate, Geelong, Plenty Valley and Southland stores in one (1) day between the start of business on Monday, 1st September 2008 and close of business on Sunday, 21st September 2008 you will qualify for one entry. $40 may be spent across multiple transactions on the same day to qualify for an entry. One (1) entry will be awarded for every $40 spent.

Customers may receive an entry at the time of purchase. If not, customer must take their receipts to the Concierge Desk at the Westfield Shopping Centre where the transactions were made, during the promotional period, to receive an official entry form.

One (1) entry form will be awarded for every $40 spent on Fashion (including Men’s Fashion Retailers, Men’s Fashion within Mixed Fashion Retailers, Footwear Retailers, Fashion Accessories Retailers and Men’s Fashion within Westfield Department Stores).

1. Fully complete the official entry form(s) and hand the completed form(s) and the corresponding purchase receipt(s) to the Concierge Desk, where the Westfield Concierge Representative will stamp the receipt(s) and validate and submit the competition entry form(s) on behalf of the consumer.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Instructions on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are eligible to attend the Chanel 9 Grand Final Breakfast and 2008 AFL Grand Final. Employees of the Promoter, contractors engaged by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion, and their respective immediate families, Westfield Retailers, Retailer staff and their immediate families, are ineligible. Immediate family includes but is not necessarily limited to a spouse, parent, guardian, sibling, child or de facto.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime during or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Multiple entries permitted, however, purchase requirement must be made on one (1) given day.
5. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry. Entrants who make a refund on a qualifying purchase will not be entitled to receive an entry or a prize in respect to that transaction.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. commences start of business on Monday, 1st September 2008. Entries close at close of business on Sunday, 21st September 2008. The draws will take place at 12.00noon AEDST on Tuesday, 23rd September 2008 at Westfield Southland.

WESTFIELDSHOPPING CENTRE PRIZE DRAW:

1. Prize consists of two (2) tickets to attend the Channel 9 Grand Final Breakfast and two (2) standard reserve tickets to attend the 2008 AFL Grand Final valued at $2900. Prize is a state prize with one (1) entry being drawn from all entries received by Westfield Airport West, Westfield Fountain Gate, Westfield Geelong, Westfield Plenty Valley and Westfield Southland
2. The entrant specified on the first entry drawn in the promotion will be deemed a “Provisional Winner” of a Westfield Shopping Centre prize. The Promoter will draw additional entries and record them in the order drawn as “Reserves”.
3. Spending money, travel insurances, taxes, meals, bar meals and beverages, transport to and from departure point, transfers and any other associated costs of a personal nature not stated in the terms and conditions are not included in the prize.

GENERAL

1. Prize must be taken to coincide with the AFL Grand Final on Saturday September 27.
2. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
3. Prize must be taken on Saturday September 27 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground located in Victoria.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize, including any unused portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
5. In order to be eligible to take any prize, each entrant must be able to take it at the specified time. Provisional Winner of all prizes will be notified by phone on Tuesday, 23^rd September 2008.
6. The following process will apply to the awarding of each prize:

(A)  The Promoter will attempt to contact the Provisional Winner by phone on up to 5 occasions. He/she has until 11am on Wednesday, 24 September 2008 (“Claim Date A”) to claim the Event Prize. If he/she is contacted prior to Claim Date A and is eligible he/she will receive the Event Prize. Otherwise, part (B) will apply.

(B)  The Promoter may select a Reserve and attempt to contact him/her by phone on up to 5 occasions. If contacted and eligible, he/she will receive the prize. If the Reserve cannot be contacted, or is contacted but ineligible, or cannot confirm eligibility; the Promoter will select the next Reserve, and the same process as in this part (B) will apply until 2pm on Wednesday, 24 September 2008 (“Claim Date B”).

1. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
3. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or illness suffered or sustained or arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) attendance at the prize. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
5. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
6. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, in the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
7. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, as appropriate.
