Westfield Concierge wants you to have the best experience possible, so we’re here to help. We can direct you to a specific store, assist with reservations or event tickets, find local services, and much more.

Please stop by and say hello, and let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. The highly-trained staff is located at the Concierge Center near Talbots Petites.

Westfield Gift Cards by American Express are the perfect solution. The card may be used virtually anywhere in the U.S. where American Express is accepted, and they’re easily purchased at Concierge on weekends and at the Management Office during business hours of 8:30am -5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

Self-serve strollers are available in the northeast wing by Dillard's.

Complimentary wheelchairs and scooters are available for our visitors with limited mobility. The wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability.

Upon arriving at Westfield Southgate, please go to our Concierge Center where you will find a courtesy phone that dials directly to our Security Staff who will assist you.

Note: A photo ID will be required to obtain a wheelchair or scooter.  Your ID will be safely secured until your return. 

Loading kids and packages can be challenging, so take advantage of our preferred up-front parking spots. They’re close to entrances and make it easier for expectant mothers and families with small children to visit our Center.

Westfield Southgate Family Parking is located at the entrance near Gymboree.
