Westfield Concierge wants you to have the best experience possible, so we’re here to help. We can direct you to a specific store, assist with reservations or event tickets, find local services, and much more.

Please stop by and say hello, and let us know if there’s anything we can do for you. The highly-trained staff is located at the main entrance near Ruby Tuesday and can be reached at 941.922.9609.

Smarte Carte Strollers

Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:
  • Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
  • Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
  • A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
  • Lap safety belt

Self-serve strollers are available at the following locations:
  • Single strollers are located next to the Concierge Center
  • Double strollers are located next to the Play Space

We’re parents too. We know what shopping with little ones can be like, so we’re happy to provide family-friendly services for you and your kids.

Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters

Complimentary wheelchairs and scooters are available for our visitors with limited mobility. Please contact Concierge or Westfield Security Office, present a photo ID, and we’ll be happy to help.

The wheelchairs and scooters are located at the Concierge Center and are subject to availability.
