Hailing from Bordeaux, France, Rigo brings a taste of his native country to Westfield San Francisco Centre with La Boulange du Dome. His life-long passion for baking and French cuisine informs his exquisite menu of traditional pastries, homemade breads, mini tea sandwiches, desserts, salads, organic coffee, and local wines. New menu items include ice cream stuffed profiteroles, macaroon cookie ice cream sandwiches, cream filled dame blanche pastries, chouquettes and cannelé de bordeaux baked fresh throughout the day. As a tribute to the Westfield San Francisco Centre dome's storied history, La Boulange du Dome has created a signature Le Dome dessert — a chocolate and vanilla crème sandwiched between two almond meringues, covered in crème and white and dark chocolate shavings.

Chef Marc Tennison celebrates the flavors of Italy at Cupola Pizzeria, which offers authentic, delicious Neapolitan-style pizza in addition to panini, housemade pastas, salads and desserts. All pizzas are cooked in a handcrafted Stefano Ferrara pizza oven imported from Naples, Italy. Cupola, which means “dome” in Italian, features stylish modern decor including a red lacquer communal table modeled after a fashion runway.

Chef Ismael Macias serves up timeless steakhouse classics blended seamlessly with fresh iterations of old favorites and artisanally-grown, farm fresh fare at LarkCreekSteak. A stylish, yet comfortable contemporary steak, chop and seafood house, LarkCreekSteak features an intimate 68-seat dining room, 21-seat bar and lounge and 36-seat private dining space, the Larkspur Room. In addition, culinary travelers can view the open kitchen up close at the 10-seat exhibition kitchen counter space.
