Shopping Concierge Center

You'll find our Shopping Concierge Center in the Lower Level Center Court. The concierges are available to assist with directions, retailer information, lost property, transport information and more. 

Concierge hours are as follows:

• Monday - Thursday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday: 11:00am - 6:00pm

The Westfield Gift Card is the perfect choice for shopping at Westfield Palm Desert or any other Westfield Center. With 67 locations nationwide, there is always one nearby.

If you like the freedom to shop anywhere inside and out of our Westfield Shopping centers, the American Express Gift Card is a great alternative. They both can be purchased at the Shopping Concierge Center located in the Lower Level Center Court.
