Family Parking

Take advantage of preferred, up-front parking spaces close to the center entrances reserved for families with small children and expectant mothers.

Find designated WFamily Parking on the West side of the center on the first level of the Blue Parking Deck near Bloomingdale's.

Also look for "WFamily Family Parking" signs near these locations:

  • West Parking Lot near Champps Americana and Macy's
  • North Parking Lot near Bloomingdale's accessed off Old Orchard Road
  • Northeast Parking Lot near L.L.Bean and Crate & Barrel
  • East Parking Lot in front of Maggiano's near Nordstrom

Kid-Friendly Dining

It's important to choose the right kind of restaurant when dining out with children. Many of Old Orchard's restaurants cater to kids offering special menus and activities designed to keep tots happy.

Serpent Play Space

The Serpent Play Space provides fun for the entire family. Youngsters can climb and crawl through the twisting serpent body tunnels, connected by soft foam mounds. They will love discovering the ruby red eyes of the large serpent heads.

The spacious, open-air play space is accessible year-round, weather permitting. Children are required to be supervised by an adult at all times. On the next family shopping trip, visit the Serpent located south of Macy's, near Helzberg Diamonds.
