Public Transportation

Westfield Old Orchard is easily accessible from several different buses and trains. The center is located just minutes from the Skokie Swift Yellow train line. Several bus routes stop outside Macy's and Bloomingdales, including CTA buses #97, 201, 205, 208, and Pace buses #215 and 422.

To find the best route to the center, use the RTA Trip Finder. Enter a starting address then select Old Orchard as the destination from the attractions menu.

Enjoy the convenience of taxi service at the Westfield Old Orchard taxicab stand located at the west exit of Macy's. A 303 Taxi phone line is also provided at the stand.

Take advantage of ample parking on the west side of Westfield Old Orchard, located off Golf or Old Orchard Road. For the most convenient parking near specific stores, go to the Stores directory.

Enjoy direct access to the center from the following parking decks:

  • Blue Level 3 near Bloomingdales, off Golf or Old Orchard Road
  • Green Level 3 adjacent to Macy’s, off Golf or Old Orchard Road
  • Purple Level 2 adjacent to Nordstrom, near Skokie Boulevard and Golf Road


Additional parking is available in the Red parking deck near Lord & Taylor off Skokie Boulevard.
