Situated on Wood Lane, the new station on the Hammersmith & City line is making history as the first new station to be built on an existing and unextended line for more than 70 years.

The station will boast state-of-the-art equipment and first class facilities for staff and customers, and will provide access to the Westfield London development from the north. It will also assist to alleviate congestion at other local stations when football games are played at Queen’s Park Rangers.

The latest technology will include sensory activated lighting that dims when the station is unoccupied, and the provision of lifts will offer step-free access between street and platform levels.
