Self-serve Strollers: Shopping with children isn't always easy. Westfield Hawthorn offers Smarte Carte strollers to make shopping with your children easy and fun. The colorful vehicle-themed strollers help keep children happy, comfortable and safe while adults shop. Choose from the race car-themed single stroller or fire truck-themed double stroller.

Smarte Carte self-serve stroller vending units accept credit cards or cash.

The strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

Westfield Hawthorn offers complimentary wheelchairs and motorized scooters at the Concierge Center.  The wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability but can be reserved by calling 847.362.6220. To utilize the service, a photo ID is required.

Visit the family lounge for a comfortable place to relax and recharge. The lounge features private nursing areas, baby changing-stations and a large family restroom. In addition, the family lounge now features Oops! Diapers 2GO Vending.

Did you forget snacks?  No problem, Oops! Diapers 2GO offers a variety of toddler snacks and juices along with diaper, wipes and more. You will no longer have to worry about your baby's supply needs with Oops! 2GO Express in the Westfield family lounge.

The family lounge is located by lower-level JCPenney.

Take advantage of preferred, up-front parking spaces for expectant mothers and families with small children.

Westfield Hawthorn family parking is located by JCPenney, Sears and Ruby Tuesday.

A fun place for children to learn and play is the Westfield Play Space.  Kids can climb and explore the bright, colorful play area with animal characters and plenty of space to sit and play with other children. The Play Space is located lower-level JCPenney.

Children are required to be supervised by an adult at all times.
