Mall Walkers Club
Walking is an ideal exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels. This versatile exercise has been shown to help people live longer, sleep better, lose weight, control cholesterol, strengthen muscles and bones, and relieve tension.
Westfield Great Northern along with Fairview Hospital offers you a great program to get started. We invite you to walk Westfield Great Northern at your convenience and we even offer special mall hours to allow you to walk before the shopping center gets busy.
All Westfield entrances open at 8am, Monday through Saturday and at 10am on Sundays. We host quarterly meetings with health-related speakers and refreshments.
