Westfield Gift Cards by American Express are the perfect solution. The card may be used virtually anywhere in the U.S. where American Express is accepted, and they’re easily purchased at the Westfield Concierge Center.

Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

Self-serve strollers are available at the following locations:

• Double strollers are available by the Food Court
• Single strollers are available by JCPenney and the Westfield PlaySpace

Complimentary wheelchairs and scooters are available for our visitors with limited mobility. Please contact Concierge, present a photo ID, and we’ll be happy to help.

Need to relax, recharge, or just catch your breath? The Family Lounge is a comfortable area where you and your children can take a break from shopping. This special spot for families features toys, kid-friendly TV programs, and private nursing areas and baby changing-stations.

The Family Lounge is located in the JCPenney Wing by Westfield Playtown. The ProMedica Family Lounge is located in the Food Court by Taco Bell and Sbarro.

Westfield Franklin Park offers a Family Dining area in the Food Court by Dippin Dots and Cinnabon. It features kid-sized tables and a television with kids programming sponsored by Buckeye CableSystems.

Loading kids and packages can be challenging, so take advantage of our preferred up-front parking spots. They’re close to entrances and make it easier for expectant mothers and families with small children to visit our Center.

It's located in the Orchid Parking Deck near the Food Court entrance.

Head to Westfield Family PlaySpace and let your little ones have fun while you keep a close eye on the action. Kids can climb and explore the bright, colorful play area filled with animal characters, large puzzles, and plenty of space to stretch those active little legs.

The Play Space is located in the JCPenney Wing. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
