An ASX announcement was released on the 17th December 2009 regarding the amendments to the Distribution Reinvestment Plan.

DRP ASX Announcement
The Stapling distribution was a non-cash distribution paid by Westfield Holdings, Westfield Trust and Westfield America Trust in July 2004 to facilitate the Westfield
Group Merger.
Distribution per security for 2011 is expected to be 48.4 cents per security.
Distributions are paid twice yearly at the end of February and August.
The DRP was introduced in January 2005.
Amendments to the DRP Rules were announced to the ASX on 17th December 2009.

The Westfield Group distribution with a payment date 28 February 2011 was 31.56 cents per Stapled Security.
The DRP price was $12.04 and the DRP participation rate for the distribution payment made on 31 August 2009 was 35.27%. The DRP price is calculated using the arithmetic average of the daily volume weighted average sale price of Stapled Securities traded on ASX during a period of ten consecutive Trading Days as determined by the Administrators in respect of a Distribution and notified to Securityholders.
There was no DRP for the February 2011 distribution.
