Marketing is responsible for the management, development and implementation of the Westfield brand across the United Kingdom. Westfield’s brand values and guidelines are key to all marketing roles. Everything we do is driven by our desire to ensure our communications are the industry's best.

That determination extends to other areas of the business for which the marketing team takes responsibility. These include centre-based public relations, the content and functionality of the website, the internal communications programme and branding elements and events.

  • The development teams help create the vision for future centres and the strategy to promote it to local stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Centre marketing teams concentrate on developing the profile of each shopping centre, developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns, managing the customer relations team and developing successful partnerships with retailers, customers, the community and internal stakeholders.
  • The Corporate team promotes the company to key industry stakeholders such as MPs, local planning authorities, investors and retailers.
