The high-quality help desk service supports all hardware and software solutions nationally. IT also supports an integral junction of the Westfield Global Network, which offers voice, data and video conferencing services to the global Westfield community.
The success of the department relies heavily on the ability to work strategically with the IT functions in other Westfield regions to ensure consistency and quality of IT service provision across the globe.
