Sue O’Malley
Sue O'Malley has had an extensive and diverse career path through Westfield spanning 21 years. Sue has held eleven positions and is currently General Manager Facilities and Operations. Sue has worked within Marketing, Centre Management, and Customer Relations. Her progress and development epitomise the potential for change and advancement within Westfield, due to its size and range of opportunities. Sue holds a Bachelor of Business Degree.
Lillian Fadel
Lillian Fadel joined Westfield in August 1998 as National Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Today Lillian is a Development Executive responsible for six shopping centres. She has held six different positions, including Facilities Manager, National Projects Manager, National Facilities Manager and Centre Manager, continually gaining experience. Lillian's career is an excellent example of the different career options and experience Westfield offers. Lillian has an engineering degree and an Executive Masters of Business Administration.
Bob Merkenhof
Bob has spent more than 34 years working in the construction industry. He has been with Westfield for just over three years, initially as Director of Construction and for just over two years as Director of Design & Construction. Before joining Westfield, Bob worked with Leighton Contractors for 24 years, including as Managing Director. Bob has also worked for White Industries, Bechtel, John Holland and the Department of Main Roads. Bob has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Newcastle.
