Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

Self-serve strollers are available at the following locations:

• Northwest Mall Entrance near Sears, across from Verizon Wireless
• Southwest Mall Entrance near Carson Pirie Scott, across from Big Dollar

Westfield Chicago Ridge offers complimentary wheelchairs and motorized scooters at the Security Desk or Management Office.

The wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability. To utilize the service, a photo ID is required.

Have to get a gift but don’t know their size or favorite color? Need to pick up a present but don’t have time to shop?

Westfield Gift Cards by American Express are the perfect solution. The card may be used virtually anywhere in the U.S. where American Express is accepted, and they’re easily purchased at the Westfield Concierge Center or the Westfield Management Office.

Need to relax, recharge, or just catch your breath? The Family Lounge is a comfortable area where you and your children can take a break from shopping. The Family Lounge features private nursing areas, baby changing-stations and a large family restroom.

The Westfield Family Lounge is located down hallway off the Food Court near the main restrooms.

Loading kids and packages can be challenging, so take advantage of our preferred up-front parking spots. They’re close to entrances and make it easier for expectant mothers and families with small children to visit our Center.

Westfield Chicago Ridge family parking is located near the Food Court.

Head to Westfield Family PlaySpace and let your little ones have fun while you keep a close eye on the action. Kids can climb and explore the bright, colorful play area filled with animal characters, large puzzles, and plenty of space to stretch those active little legs.

Children in Westfield PlaySpace must to be supervised by an adult at all times. Our Play Space is located near Sears.
