You order your healthy meal that’s grilled to perfection and pay for it by the ounce or pound – whatever you prefer. “You not only watch your waistline, but your pocket book, too!” says Sia Amiri, UMMBA grill CEO/Creator & Co-owner. “At our churrascaria we not only serve the traditional assorted meats and sausage, we also serve chicken and fish dishes, and a variety of kosher meats, too”.

UMMBA grill’s health conscious menu offers something for every palate. Choose from a selection of succulent meats, fresh fish and poultry all grilled to perfection over mesquite wood imported from BRAZIL, then served right in front of you. Or try UMMBA grill’s delicious hot or cold side dishes or assorted salads. UMMBA grill has a commitment to healthy eating: serving free-range chicken, hormone-free meats, organic ingredients (whenever possible) and 98% of our menu offerings are trans-fat free. Depending on your portion size, you can create your own churrascaria meal priced anywhere between $8.00 and $18.00. What you spend is entirely up to you!
