Simply fill in the entry form in The West Australian from Monday 1 September to Friday 10 September and drop it into the barrel located in the Fashion Mall at Westfield Carousel.
Term and conditions;
· Four Winners will be drawn Friday 10 September at 5pm and notified by telephone.
· The prize includes eight $1,500 makeovers, which include a $500 makeover by the WA Style Counsel and $1,000 in Westfield Gift Cards.
· The winner’s must be available for their makeover on Wednesday 17 September and for the reveal on Saturday 20 September.
