Train
You can catch a train from Wellington St train station in the City, and get off at the Cannington stop near Westfield Carousel. From the Cannington train station there is a short walk straight down Cecil Ave, leading you straight to the Centre.

 
Bus
You can catch a number of buses from the Wellington St bus port, located in the City, that will bring you directly to Westfield Carousel.
You can catch bus numbers 212, 213, 218, 219, 222, 232, 233, 234, 779, 789, 879 and 882 and you will be dropped off on Albany Highway, right in front of the Centre.
