Westfield Concierge wants you to have the best experience possible, so we’re here to help. We can direct you to a specific store, assist with reservations or event tickets, find local services, and much more. Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a Smarte Carte stroller! Little ones will love riding in these colorful vehicles, and you’ll love keeping them close while you shop.

Smarte Carte strollers feature:

• Plenty of space for personal items and purchases
• Two convenient cup holders and a snack tray
• A moving steering wheel to keep little hands occupied
• Lap safety belt

You'll find a self-service Smarte Carte located next to the Food Court entrance.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available for our visitors with limited mobility. Please contact Concierge or Westfield Security Office, present a photo ID, and we’ll be happy to help.

Have to get a gift but don’t know their size or favorite color? Need to pick up a present but don’t have time to shop?

Westfield Gift Cards by American Express are the perfect solution. The card may be used virtually anywhere in the U.S. where American Express is accepted.

Need to relax, recharge, or just catch your breath? The Family Lounge is a comfortable area where you and your children can take a break from shopping. This special spot for families features toys, kid-friendly TV programs, and private nursing areas and baby changing-stations.

The Family Lounge is located near the Food Court.

Loading kids and packages can be challenging, so take advantage of our preferred up-front parking spots. They’re close to entrances and make it easier for expectant mothers and families with small children to visit our Center.

Westfield Belden Village Family Parking is located in front of the North and South Entrances.
