To enter your account you need a password.
To have a password, you must have entered your email address in order for your password to be sent to you.
If you did not provide an email address during registration or did not receive your password, please visit the Customer Service Desk at your local Westfield centre.

What is a key tag number?

When you register with Westfield you are given a Westfield key tag with a unique barcode which holds your personal details. Then every time you visit Westfield to participate in a campaign, hire equipment etc you simply need to present your key tag - so you don't need to keep registering!

If you have registered online, simply visit your local Westfield centre Concierge Desk to collect up your personal key tag.
